Susi Díaz

Susi Díaz is a chef and the owner of La Finca, a restaurant she has run for 40 years. Self-taught and trained in the family tradition, she stands out for her creative cuisine based on Mediterranean produce, citrus fruits, herbs and flowers.

Her career path has been distinguished with 1 MICHELIN Star and 3 Repsol Suns, in addition to numerous professional awards. She has also developed an outstanding facet as a communicator and collaborator on radio and television, including Top Chef. President of Saborea España and ambassador of Mediterranean gastronomy, she is one of the great exponents of Spanish cuisine.
