D*na Dénia 2026 is almost, almost ready. We have the Marineta Cassiana ready to be filled with life again. The sea is still next door, as always. Producers are fine-tuning their proposals. Restaurants are finalizing their dishes. And books—yes, books—also come into play.
Because this year’s festival talks about that: about how cuisine has been opening up, sharing and writing. About how knowledge is no longer kept secret and is now related to others.
