Dna Festival Dénia

What is D*NA?

Much more than a food festival.

Much more than the best chefs, restaurateurs and producers.

Much more than you imagine.

The D*na gastronomic festival Dénia is the must-see event for lovers of gastronomy, of creativity, of local produce and for everyone that understands that we are what we eat. And how we eat it.

This ninth D*NA festival revolves around gastronomy as a space for shared knowledge. Cuisine that is written, read and conveyed, and that finds in books one of its great tools for evolving.

How has contemporary cuisine been developed through what has been told and published? How has the way of cooking changed when knowledge is no longer kept secret and becomes a shared culture?

Together we will see it, listen to it and debate it based on the experience of those who make, write and tell the story of gastronomy, with the Mediterranean as the setting.

A large 800-metre-long table next to the Mediterranean will accompany you on a journey where local producers, restaurateurs and chefs invite you to sample our dishes, our landscape and our way of life.

A tour in which great names of our gastronomy have already participated, such asQuique Dacosta, Lucía Freitas, Jordi Cruz, Alberto Chicote, Jordi Roca, Bego Rodrigo, Ángel León o r Susi Díaz.

An event with a lot of art that has already inspired more than 250,000 people.

And where you have a table (with sea views, of course) reserved for you. We are waiting for you.

D*NA 2026

This year, the festival delves into the role of art as a driver of connection and creation. It is not only about contemplating works, but also about feeling how art can bring people closer and ignite new ideas with the cooking stove as a common thread. And it does so coinciding with a very special moment: the tenth anniversary of Dénia as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. A decade in which Dénia has shown that creativity and flavour can go hand in hand, and where the festival reaffirms itself as a great celebration for the senses.
