Óscar Molina

Óscar Molina is a renowned chef from Barcelona, born in 1978, with an outstanding career in Spanish gastronomy. Since 2008, he has led the gastronomic concept of La Gaia, at the Ibiza Gran Hotel.

His cuisine is characterised by respect for the product and a strong connection with Ibiza and the Mediterranean. Throughout his career, he has evolved towards a more personal cuisine deeply rooted in Ibiza. His work combines tradition, creativity, technique and a constant pursuit of new flavours and concepts.
