Melhem Ibrahim Fraiha

Melhem Ibrahim Fraiha, graduated from culinary school in Lebanon and with more than 35 years of experience in the gastronomic world both in Lebanon and around the world. His career has been a dynamic exploration of flavours and techniques with a solid foundation in classic cooking methods. All this has led him to be director of catering and sales at the Royal Bite Catering in Zahle, Lebanon.
