
Marcos Morán
Marcos Morán, son of Pedro Morán, is the fifth generation of Casa Gerardo. Trained in the best national restaurants (El Bulli, Celler de Can Roca, Quique Dacosta, among others), and having learned from his father and grandmother, Marcos adds a twist to the gastronomic range on offer at the family restaurant. He has turned Casa Gerardo into a landmark for contemporary Spanish cuisine, always maintaining respect for tradition. As a result of this balance, he was awarded a Michelin star and 3 Repsol Suns.
