Kristian Lutaud

French by birth (Lyonnais), but Spanish by residence since the early 80s, he has lived between Catalonia and, currently, the Marina Alta, Alicante. At the age of fifteen he began studying cooking and pastry. He has worked in the kitchens of great restaurants in France and Spain such as La Tour Rose (Lyon), Troisgros (Roanne). In El Bulli de Roses (Girona) he was second and co-chief for five years with Ferran Adrià.

After leaving the kitchen of the Oligarum (Xàbia) and his extensive career, full of awards and experience, he set up the consulting company Gastoel, together with Francisco Torreblanca and Luis Sirera, devoting themselves to what he calls "his labours."
