Joan Folqués

At 66 years old, with more than two decades of experience in organic and ethical farming, I currently cultivate one hectare of fruit, vegetables and aromatic and culinary herbs in Pego, respecting the rhythms of the land and without the use of chemicals. My commitment is focused on recovering and offering as many local and native varieties and products as possible, ensuring the full flavour of each season and the highest level of freshness.
