
Hiroshi Matsumoto
Born and raised in Tokyo, Chef Matsumoto chose the path of cooking and gained considerable experience in French and Japanese cuisine. He would later leave Tokyo to move to Tsuruoka. Through cuisine that brings people closer to the natural environment of Tsuruoka, Chef Matsumoto seeks to offer dishes that resonate in both the body and the heart. He is currently a chef at the Ushio So Hotel, Yunohama Hot Springs Resort.
