Since he was a child, chef Kimura was especially attracted to cooking and that was the spark that ignited his dream of becoming a chef. Today, specializing in Japanese cuisine, Chef Kimura works as a chef at Arkbell Ceremony Hall in the city of Sakata. Dedicated to his craft, he prepares dishes based on local ingredients and reinterprets them creatively, enriching every dining experience he offers.
