Giuseppe Vono

A chef of Italian origin, he decided to embark on a new path and seven years ago he moved to Spain. He joined the Quique Dacosta group, a landmark figure in haute cuisine at a national and international level, where he has developed a large part of his career and where he currently works as head chef. Today, Giuseppe, together with his partner Gonzalo Silla, leads the restaurant Vuelve Carolina, a culinary project that is committed to gastronomic fusion, integrating products and traditions from different parts of the world: from Japan to Italy, passing through Peru and Mexico. The cuisine reflects a cosmopolitan, open and constantly evolving vision, where each dish is an encounter between cultures and flavours.
