Carolina Álvarez

Carolina Álvarez, a talented person who, at 35 years of age, was already head chef of Quique Dacosta restaurant, a position she has held for 3 years.  She came to Spain 16 years ago with only one goal in mind, to cook. She started working almost 12 years ago in the Quique Dacosta group, specifically in the Vuelve Carolina restaurant and the Poblet, and then made the leap to Denia to her current position.
