Chef Carlos G. Moreno, born in Granada and now living in Alicante, is sheer boldness. He likes to surprise people with his cooking and generate new impacts and experiences. Although in his professional beginnings he dedicated himself to military service, it did not take him long to realize that the hospitality industry should be among his plans for the future. He has worked as a chef for different hotel chains, as well as in restaurants such as Puerto Blanco, Calpe. After more than ten years in the sector, in 2021 he decided to create his own project: Dexcaro & Ossadía. He is forever innovating. His head is always thinking about new recipes, creations and techniques because for him... the only way forward is success!
