Borja Susilla is a young chef who always knew that what he wanted was to spend his life behind the stove. For him, cooking is about giving his customers unforgettable, honest and unpretentious gastronomic experiences. Borja explored the world of cooking while learning from great master chefs such as Quique Dacosta and Pedro and Marcos Morán. A chef who at 30 years of age was awarded a Michelin Star for having created a gastronomic gem in a magical corner of the Mediterranean, called TULA. A restaurant in Jávea that is part of his life project with his partner Clara.
