Ausiàs Signes

Ausiàs Signes Mahiques is a chef and owner of Ausiàs Restaurant. His professional career has developed between cooking and pastry, completing part of his training at Le Cordon Bleu Madrid and being recognised as Pastry Chef Revelation. His cuisine is rooted in a strong Mediterranean and Marina Alta identity, taking produce, territory and traditional recipes as the starting point for a personal and contemporary approach. At Ausiàs Restaurant, he develops a gastronomic vision in which cooking, baking, pastry and wine come together as part of a shared identity.
