Amaury Bouhours

Executive chef Amaury Bouhours is the rising star of Restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse in Paris. He began his career at Le Louis XV in Monaco and later worked at several Ducasse establishments in Paris, including Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée, before joining Le Meurice as chef de cuisine under the guidance of Jocelyn Herland. Amaury belongs to the new generation of French chefs; he embodies a young vision and a renewed approach to French cuisine.
