
Alejandra Herrador
Alejandra Herrador discovered her vocation as soon as she set foot in the Costa Azahar School of Hospitality. Since then, she has shared the kitchen with great chefs such as Martín Berasategui, Sergi Arola or Pepe Solla, who became a great source of inspiration. At the Martín Berasategui restaurant in Lasarte she met her future partner, Emanuel Carlucci. There they saw that they formed a great team in the kitchen and decided to take the next step: in 2014 they opened the Atalaya Restaurant, in Alcossebre, with a project that combines technique, creativity and produce. In 2022, her work was awarded a Michelin star, followed by 2 Repsol Suns later on.
