Alberto Ferruz

Alberto Ferruz is the chef of BonAmb Restaurant, in Xàbia, one of the gastronomic references of the Valencia Region; he learned alongside great chefs such as Martín Berasategui and Quique Dacosta. Since opening BonAmb in 2011, he has developed a cuisine that is deeply linked to the territory and the produce of the Marina Alta. His project combines tradition, contemporary techniques and a creative look at Mediterranean tastes. His career has resulted in two Michelin Stars and three Repsol Guide Suns for BonAmb.
