Pere Linares

Pere Linares and Mari Sánchez, who are passionate about vermouth, decided in 2015 to create their own recipes with a very clear purpose: to work only with KM.0 products. They carefully select herbs from the mountains that crown the Puig Campana region, with which they macerate wines made from native varieties of Alicante, such as Moscatel de Alejandría or Giró. This combination gives rise to an artisanal vermouth, singular and authentically unique.
