Jaume Leyda

She works alongside her son, Antoni Josep Leyda Soler, in a beekeeping operation with several apiaries located throughout the Marina Alta, producing natural, raw, artisanal and organic honey, without filtration. As a member of the Associació d’Apicultors del Montgó, she carries out educational and outreach activities focused on the world of bees and their interaction with nature, through workshops in schools and educational centres across the region.
